We begin with a high-pressure undercarriage wash to remove every trace of salt, dirt, and debris. Clean prep = stronger adhesion. It’s the foundation of real, lasting protection.
Proper Drying & Access Point Preparation
After the wash, we allow ample time for proper drying and prep all factory access points — including the frame, rockers, cab corners, doors, hood, & other corrosion-prone areas — to ensure full coverage where it counts.
Full-Coverage Fluid Film Application
We use a premium lanolin-based Fluid Film rust inhibitor designed to penetrate seams & displace moisture. It’s applied with care to the entire undercarriage & all prepared access points, creating a durable barrier against corrosion.
Final Inspection
Every vehicle gets a full undercarriage inspection to confirm thorough coverage. You may notice slight dripping or odor for a few days post-application — this is normal and part of the process, especially in warmer temps.
Annual Maintenance
For year-round defense — especially in Northeast Ohio winters — we recommend reapplying annually. It’s a small investment that prevents costly rust repairs and extends the life of your vehicle.
